Filmmaker Casey Brooks began her visual career shooting stills of friends in her dance community. As her photographic technique developed so did her keen eye for movement and motion imagery. Redirecting her interests to a video landscape, Casey was able to use her extensive background in dance, movement and rhythm, to hone her distinct motion aesthetic.

With this manner of visual storytelling, Casey has collaborated with some of the greatest talent in the dance world. And while utilizing this movement based direction, Casey has created pieces for top fashion, beauty and luxury brands. Her current client list includes Fendi, Net-A-Porter, Rimmel London, Stuart Weitzman, Nowness, Harpers Bazaar and Vogue.

A Virginia native, Casey Brooks now lives full time in NYC and works internationally.
